Jel is honey that spreads like jelly. It is made from
pure natural white clover honey, water and pectin. Under
the right conditions and correct proportions, honey can
be jelled just as you would a fruit juice for jelly. The
delicate flavor of the naturally pure honey is not lost
in the process due to carefully controlled processing.
The Nebraska Food Industry Association named Honey Jel as
the Best Overall New Food Product in 1995.
